Participant will have to submit duly filled Application Form along with a Cheque (Draft for participants residing outside NCT of Delhi) to Dr. Vagish Dave, Secretary AAP c/o Plot No. 3, 103, 1st Floor L.S.C., Rishab Vihar, Delhi 110092 on or before 22nd of January, 2026 positively.

Participants residing outside NCT of Delhi, must use a Demand Draft payable in Delhi.
